I like to call it the triple threat.  food, fitness & frenchies.  If you're not into any of the above - welp, bad news, you've wasted 3 seconds of your day reading this paragraph.

That being said if you do enjoy food (you should it keeps you alive), fitness (see point one under food) and frenchies (come on, only sociopaths don't like frenchies) then I think you will find yourself right at home with our site.
